How are your keycaps made?
My keys are made by hand from polymer clay and resin, with a PBT plastic base.

How should I treat my BasilKeys keycap?
These keycaps are delicate and should be handled with care. Do not drop them onto hard surfaces. To move them from a board, it is best to take off a key from each side, and remove it by hand. I have also used wired pullers for mine and am yet to cause any damage. Do not use a hooked ring-style puller.

How can I buy a key?
I post sales links on my Discord, and to my Instagram, when they're live. Usually I sell via raffle forms (free to enter, buy if you win).

What if I need to wash my keycap?
If it needs cleaning, water is best. The keys are resin-coated, so avoid any chemicals which degrade plastic, such as acetone or isopropyl.
