How are your keycaps made?
My keys are made by hand from polymer clay and resin, with a PBT plastic base.

How can I buy a key?
Sales are posted to my Instagram and Discord. They are usually raffles, but may sometimes be fulfilment.

Where do you ship from?
I currently ship from Sweden!

How should I treat my BasilKeys keycap?
The keycaps are delicate and should be handled with care. Do not drop them onto hard surfaces. To move them from a board, it is best to take off a key from each side, and remove by hand. Otherwise, a carefully placed wired puller will also work fine.

What if I need to wash my keycap?
If it needs cleaning, water is best. The keys are resin-coated, so avoid any chemicals which degrade plastic, such as acetone or isopropyl.
